Epoxy Resin Floor Screed

Product Description

Epoxy Resin Floor Screeds are a highly filled epoxy resin, with quartz aggregate used for applications to industrial floors which are subject to heavy traffic and light/medium chemical attack. Epoxy screeds give a heavy-duty floor finish with excellent abrasion resistance.

Appearance

An unsealed Epoxy Resin Floor Screed give a mottled effect with a background colour providing a slightly textured surface. A sealed Epoxy Resin Screed has a slightly textured even coloured finish. Crew Industrial Flooring would always prefer to seal any epoxy resin floor screed, as this would assist in the cleaning regime.

Product Thickness

This product should be laid at between 4mm - 6mm

Installation Areas

Epoxy Resin Floor Screeds are used as a industrial floor finish and as a repair mortar. This product is mainly used in areas where heavy wear and traffic is prevalent, for example area as engineering facilities, workshops and warehouses. Epoxy Resin Screeds should not be used in areas where steam cleaning is required or in areas of high chemical spillage.

Polyurethane Resin Floor Screed

Product Description

The Polyurethane floor Screed is a hand towelled applied industrial floor screed. Due to this product being water based and solvent free it is an ideal product for use within the food industry where the need for non-taint products is essential along with good degree of slip resistance is required. This product is suitable for areas that will require steam cleaning when laid at 9mm.

Appearance

A level matt finish surface with the aggregate profiling the surface which gives the degree of slip resistance required.

Product Thickness

This product should be laid at between 6mm - 9mm

Polyurethane Floor screeds are ideal to be used in a variety of Heavy duty industrial situations. Areas used for chemical processing, wet and dry food processing area, brewing, heavy-duty traffic and plant vehicles. Anywhere which has the need for a non slip heavy duty industrial floor finish.
